As it happens to all pigs, when they're good and fattened up, it's time go to market to meet their fate. Mr. Pig is no exception. Hanging on the wall at Seattle's Coastal Kitchen, as part of their current Normandy Cuisine theme, he met his new owner today.
He was my Wilbur. Some Pig! I will miss him. Since he's on display through March, I heartily suggest going there to say goodbye and to have a savory supper, of course. But, whatever you do, please don't order pork!
